Character + Object Design: insperation + design skeches

Well the story we chose to design characters for is Robin Hood.

I looked at Titan A.E. for insperation because of it's slightly grittier tone and because of Akima here. One of my characters will be asian and her design reads as asian without them having to tell you.

I also looked at Aladdin and Treasure Planet to get a feel for the Disney style.

What is Culture?

This is my project on "What is Culture" from my Visual Comunication and Culture class. I chose to show the culture in the world of horse showing, of all diferent sizes and types.

Assignment 5 - Colored Line Art (Spiderman)

This is the original line art. I originally wanted to color one of my own drawings, but none of them turned out as well as this one did in color.

This is the final colored version. The percise colors of the highlights and shadows are hard to tell in the final picture but are easier to see in the layered version of the document.
